arranged 6.11.24 – one-off pre-rehearsal practice for 4-5 soloists. Need piano – can practice while remainder of choir wait outside for room to be set up as usual.

Need to move 6 large tables (NOT craft ones) to Church lounge for Blokes’ Time plus Scalectrix boxes from cupboard 1.

Scaletrix – need 6 large tables and scalectrix boxes from cupboard 1 out of hall before kids’ club at 4

11:30 – 15:00 Warm Welcome – lounge & kitchen

moved from main Church due to setting up for holiday club.

No upstairs groups so should not affect use of centre, EO

U3A booking for 22-11-2024 confirmed today 1-11-2024. Booking form received. EO 10-20 people, piano needed.
