meeting for approx 30 people, theatre style. Hot water on.  booking form received  EO

9:00 – 12:00 – Dorset Hospital (Bertie) – Room 5

When: 02/06/2025 @ 09:00 – 12:00

Update – Boardroom style seating & refreshments from us. Booking Form rec’d 26/3/25. 20 people coming, moved from Room 3 to Room 5 in view of numbers.

13:00 – 18:00 Weymouth Choral Society summer concert – Hall, lounge & kitchen

Theatre style seating. Choir underneath projector screen. Audience fast screen. Will use the Lounge as well. Rm 5 for storage of bags etc. PB 15/5/25 Main summer concert. Hall, lounge and kitchen. Potential 100 people.
