Email rec’d 2/6/25, requires a room for 15-18 people for 4 hours. Provisional booked all day until receive a reply to my email. PB Booking form received 9/6/25. 16 people. Classroom style. Refreshments requested. AH

28/5/25 Booking Form rec’d, details as below – PB. Phone call from Tracy to book Room 5 on Tuesday 3rd June for approx. 12 people – Boardroom style facing the TV screen. Await return of Booking Form.
