Friday at 5pm serving drinks and nibbles from the kitchen hatch. 

Friday 3-4:30pm setting up art stalls towards the back of the room. 

5pm AGM meeting. 30 chairs theatre style facing the screen.

Use of screen for presentation.

Art fayre on the Saturday.
