New members introduction morning. 33 confirmed at present.
1 microphone needed.
5 small tables in the front half of the hall set out cafe style with 4 chairs at each.
4 large tables towards the back for committee and group leaders.
check-in table just inside double doors on left.
Will arrive just after 10am for a 10:30 start.
Hot water needed as serving tea/coffee from the kitchen hatch.
